HERO JAGAPATHI BABU TO DO HIS 75TH MOVIE CALLED

" SWAGATHAM"

The 75th movie of Telugu here Jagapathi Babu titled " Swagatham" is launched on July 1st morning at Annapoorna Studios, Hyderabad. Made on Aditya Ram Movies banner (with Aditya Ram as producer), it has story, dialogues and direction by Dasarath. Music is by RP Patnaik. Anushka and Bhumika are the heroines.

Union Minister Dasari Narayana Rao clapped the muhurat shot on the lead characters (Jagapathi Babu, Anushka and Bhumika), While camera was switched on by movie mughal Dr. D. Rama Naidu, with first shot direction by K. Raghavendra Rao.

Addressing a press meet, hero Jagapathi Babu said that it was his long-pending desire to act with Bhumika and it became a reality with this film. Saying that it was his 75th film, he thanked his parents, fans producers and directors for all his success in his career. He said he is confident of the movie's success. Thanks to Dasarath's skillful project.

RP Patnaik said there is going to be six songs with a couple of bits. " All the songs are situational. The audio and the movie would sure become hilts".

Anushka said she liked the way how Dasarath explained the story to her. " I really enjoy working with good artiste like Jagapathi Babu and my co-star Bhumika". Bhumika said that she felt thrulled to know that it was Jagapathi Babu's dream to work with her. She expressed hope that the film would entertain all in a good manner.

Dasarath said the story is a perfect fit for Jagapathi Babu. Glamour and romance are going to be the highlights of the film without any scope for vulgarity. At the same time, sentiment is given superb footage in the script, he added.

The cast of the film includes Sarath Babu, Brahmanandam, Sunil, MS Narayana, Dharamvarapu, Mallikarjuna Rao, Benarjee, Raghu babu and others. Screenply is by Gopi Mohan, cinematography by Ramesh babu. Project coordination is by Bhageeratha.

She started her career at a very early age in 1967 as a child artiste in a Tamil movie "Kandhan Karunai". Chiranjeevi, the Megaster of Tallyowood today, was born on 22 Aug 1955 in " Mogaltur " , a small village in " West Godavari" District in Andhra Pradesh to Sri Venkat Rao and Anjanna Devi. He grew up in his native village with his grand parents, while his family was else where because of his father's occupation. The sense of descipline and hard work which he still embraces were intodiced at a very young age in his life and the tough childhood he had being the eldest in his family have helped him to handle many such events of higher proportion with great expertise in the later stages of his life.

Little did he imagine, even in the wildest of his dreams, that he would, one day, be a Megaster and rule the Telugu Film Industry. Years later, this youngster called " Chiru" in the Film Industry, with his hard work and dedication to his proffession, could make it really big in the fiels hitting the limeligh, with an unparallel fan following emulating his every act, word, dress and dance. What makes this ordinary human being such an extraordinary one - god knows!

After graduation, Chiranjeevi moved to Madras to seek a carrer in his chosen field of actiong in the Film Industry. To get himself redy for the stage, he joined in an acting school in Madras. After struggling for some time, he took to acting by appearing in small roles in films like "Pranam Kareedu" and "Punadhi Rallu". He from that modest beginning to this date, has acted in 132 films. Throughout his career he has been through a lot of ups and downs but every time he came back with extra persevrance and won his way through people's hearts with wonderful performances in his films. Chiranjeevi got married to Surekha, the daughter of Veteran actor sri " Allu Ramalingaiah". Chiru has always been a family man - being blessed with two daughters Sushmita & Srija and a son Ramcharan Tej.

And as Chiru becoms the most popular hero, he has lived a royal life, travelled widely from one country to another around the world almost every time in the delightful company of filmi celebreties who act, sing and dance with him. HE acted in a lot of best movies to date and had been able to deliver splendid action-packed movies. With all these talents in him, it isn't a big superise to know that he has been one of the highest paid movie actors in the India Film Industry. Be it actor, star or megastar - Chiranjeevi has been acknowledged as being one of the most successful actors in the history of the Telugu Motion Picture Industry.
